2025-26 PROGRAM
Welcome to the Arizona Aces Baseball Club — where developing young athletes goes hand-in-hand with building character, community, and a deep respect for the game. Here at AZA, we see baseball as more than just competition; it's an opportunity to teach life skills, inspire growth, and create meaningful connections that last far beyond the field.
For the 2025-2026 year, the Arizona Aces will offer three programs:
12U AA - FOUNDATION & FUNDAMENTALS
This program is tailored to building a strong foundation of baseball fundamentals while fostering a love for the game. Players begin to develop position-specific skills, understand advanced game strategy, and learn the importance of effort, teamwork, and coachability. This is where young athletes form habits that shape their growth on and off the field.
-
Structured training focused on fundamentals and repetition.
-
Three weekly practices and seasonal tournament play.
-
Clear expectations for attendance, attitude, and coachability.
13U AAA - TRANSITION & TECHNIQUE
This program marks a key transition year, where players move from learning the game to competing with a greater purpose. With increased emphasis on refining mechanics, building physical strength, and developing mental toughness, athletes are challenged to become more accountable and strategic in their approach. This stage bridges foundational training with higher-level competition.
