We are thrilled to invite your child to tryout and be a part of our upcoming Spring 2026 youth baseball development program beginning in January! We will have 3 teams this Spring between the ages of 12, 13, and 14 years old. Led by former MLB Pro Steven "Paco" Rodriguez and current MiLB Coach Peterson Plaz, the Aces program provides expert skill development, personalized instruction, and a structured training environment designed to bring out the best in every player.

This spring, our programs are open to players ages 12-14 who are eager to develop their skills and take their game to the next level. Each participant will train directly under AZA's Head Coach and supporting staff, receiving structured, high-quality instruction that blends individual skill work with team-focused development. Our staff emphasizes strong fundamentals while introducing more advanced concepts to help young athletes grow across all areas of the game.

 

Throughout the program, our coaching team will evaluate players on key areas such as focus, effort, attitude, athleticism, teamwork, and overall ability. We’re committed to creating an environment that is both challenging and supportive, where athletes can build confidence, learn sportsmanship, and improve through dedication.

 

To ensure every player benefits fully, we look for participants who can understand, apply, and build upon what’s being taught—both on and off the field.
